Be in the catalog — wholesale program

A curated wholesale program for select luxury brands. Placement in luxury arrivals — vacation rentals, villas, hotels, private homes. We are selective about who we add. If you make something we’d unwrap in a rental on a Thursday in November, this is the door.

Four commitments, in writing

Standard wholesale terms. We operate as a wholesale partner. Standard distributor terms, single monthly PO, prepaid per cycle. No placement fees, no slotting, no theatre.
One PO a month. We aggregate every individual gesture into a single monthly purchase order. You ship to one of our depots, you invoice us once.
We absorb the customer. Returns, questions, replacements, the host with a complaint about the candle scent — we handle it. You stay in the studio.
Placement data, back to you. Each quarter, a one-page sheet: how many times your object was placed, in which cities, in what tier, with what reorder rate.

Categories we actually place

Edible

Chocolatier, tea blender, olive oil, honey or jam, salt or sugar, biscuits or shortbread, coffee or matcha.

Scented

Candle, room spray (natural), soap (cold-process), bath salts.

Object

Ceramic, glassware, hand-loomed linens, letterpress stationery, considered pen or notebook.

Cultural

Book by a local author or local press, drawn map, vinyl or printed playlist.

How a brand plugs in

You apply. We respond inside a week.
We commit a placement volume — a 90-day projection based on category demand.
We aggregate POs. Every individual gesture pulls from our depot. End of month, single PO, paid net-30 by ACH.
We send the data sheet quarterly.
