What this is
Is this a gift service or a concierge?
Both, neither. We are a private arrival program. Three tiers from $80. We read the listing or address, propose a gesture, place it before the guest arrives.
What’s in a parcel?
A handwritten card, plus one to four considered objects from a curated catalog of luxury brands. The exact contents are proposed for each gesture and you approve before we ship.
How it works
What does it cost?
Threshold $80, Considered $140, Appointed $220. Plus bespoke for milestones with no ceiling.
How much lead time do you need?
72 hours standard. 48 workable. 24 East Coast only with a small fee. Under 24 we politely decline.
Where do you place?
Domestic United States, reliably in Hudson Valley, Charleston, Kennebunkport, Aspen, Todos Santos, Big Sur, the Hamptons, and Lake Tahoe. Lower 48 via courier from the closest depot. International by request — Lisbon and London for now.
About the objects
How does the brand pricing work?
We operate as a luxury-brand wholesale partner — distributor pricing terms with the brands in our catalog (Aesop, Byredo, Tom Ford Beauty, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, and others). Our service fee covers the AI proposal, the placement, the handwriting, and the local hand. The price you pay is the all-in tier.
What do you refuse to do?
Corporate welcome kits, logoed anything, gift cards, generic gift baskets, cellophane, anything we wouldn’t want to find in a rental on a Thursday in November.
