How a gesture becomes an arrival
- You tell us where. A reservation, a screenshot, a hotel name and dates. We read it like a guest would.
- We propose, you approve. A one-page sheet within 48 hours, with the specific objects, the brands they’re from, and where each will be placed. Veto anything; swap anything.
- It lands before they do. Wrapped in linen with a handwritten tag.
