About Frette
Founded by Edmond Frette in 1860, who relocated from Grenoble to set up a textile manufacturing operation near Monza, Italy. The Italian royal family adopted Frette within its first decade. Today Frette supplies The Ritz Paris, Claridge's, Four Seasons, Peninsula Hotels, and Virgin Atlantic First Class. Their linens are finished at a single mill near Como. The Bespoke personalization service offers monogramming from an extensive book of historical lettering styles, crowns, and family crests.
Packaging: White and navy blue — formal, ancestral. Linens arrive tied with navy ribbon in white boxes. The presentation is deliberately hotel-like: the product is already in the room before you open it.
Placement fit: classical, minimal, warm. Objects from Frette work in classical, minimal, warm settings — a classical is where we place them most.
