About Waterford
Founded in Waterford, Ireland in 1783. Chief designer Miroslav Havel created the Lismore pattern in 1952, inspired by the Gothic architecture of Lismore Castle. The diamond and wedge cuts have defined crystal for 70 years. Now part of WWRD (Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton), owned by Finnish private equity firm KPS Capital Partners since 2015. Current collections span Lismore (classic), Lismore Essence (contemporary), Lismore Black (dramatic), and Lismore Red (bold).
Packaging: Dark navy gift box with the Waterford crystal logo in silver — the box opens to reveal the crystal nestled in custom-fit foam. Each pair of glasses arrives in individual sleeves inside the outer box.
Placement fit: classical, warm, urban. Objects from Waterford work in classical, warm, urban settings — a classical is where we place them most.
Waterford objects we place
8 objects from Waterford in the current catalog. Each is composed for the listing — we read the reservation the way a returning guest would, propose the right SKU for the space, and place it by hand before the guest arrives.

How we place Waterford
Waterford objects ship in their original packaging, placed at the relevant position in the space — bath counter, nightstand, kitchen, or mantel — the night before or morning of arrival. We include a handwritten card on Pineider stock. The placement fee is absorbed in the tier price: Threshold $80, Considered $140, Appointed $220.
To send a Waterford arrival gift to someone staying at a vacation rental, villa, inn, or private home: paste a reservation, or write to hello@guestgesture.com. We propose, you approve, we place it before they walk in.
