How GuestGesture handles the small amount of data we ask for: a name, an email, a reservation. Plain English, no dark patterns.

What we collect, and only when you give it to us

When you write to hello@guestgesture.com, paste a reservation into our intake form, or fill in the brand application form, you give us your name, your email, the address or reservation we’re placing the gesture at, and any notes you choose to add.

We do not run third-party trackers. We do not load Google Analytics. We do not have a Facebook pixel.

What we promise to do

Read your reservation or address like a guest would. Send you a one-page sheet within forty-eight hours with the proposed objects, the brands they’re from, and where each will be placed. Wait for your veto or approval. Place the gesture before arrival, on time. Send you a confirmation.
